The serials cancelled included Right to Happiness (21 years on air), Ma Perkins (27 years on air), The Second Mrs. Burton (14 years on air) Whispering Streets, and Young Doctor Malone (8 years on air). 1940 saw their greatest success, when up to forty-five programs were broadcast daily.
